Meet Dr. Trinese Clark

Licensed Therapist, Life & Health Coach, Divorce Expert

Known for her holistic and integrative approach, Dr. Clark blends evidence-based therapy with mindfulness practices, psychodynamic insights, and culturally informed care. She believes healing is not just about moving past difficult experiences but about emerging from them with clarity, resilience, and renewed purpose.

With a career spanning over two decades, Dr. Clark has worked across diverse settings—from family reunification and therapeutic foster care to crisis intervention and mental health counseling. Her leadership roles within Washington State’s Department of Social Services and healthcare organizations have strengthened her ability to support clients through complex life situations, while her focus on collective healing and social justice has shaped her practice with empathy and cultural sensitivity.

Dr. Clark holds a Bachelor of Social Work from California State University, Fresno, a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Washington, and a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) from Simmons University. Her award-winning research on supporting Black women who experience bias in healthcare reflects her deep commitment to advocacy and mental health equity.

Beyond the therapy room, Dr. Clark is a registered yoga teacher and certified health coach, bringing a mind-body approach to emotional healing and life transformation. She helps clients not only cope with difficult life transitions but also embrace these seasons as opportunities for self-discovery and empowerment.
